Front Desk Staff
This position will serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the Flyers Training Center. Applicants must be prepared to engage with customers, whether it's answering questions or taking payments. Being self-motivated, independent, and punctual are required. Prior experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
Job Responsibilities
- Process customer, player, and team payments
- Greet customers and answer questions
- Ensure that customers are behaving in a safe and orderly manner
- Stay up to date and educated on our skating and hockey programs
- Make daily deposits

Skate Guard

- Attend to issues and injuries on the ice

Concessions
This position will involve work at our Goal Light Grill. Applicants will be expected to take orders, prepare orders in a timely fashion, and answer any customer questions. Being self-motivated, independent, and punctual are required. Prior experience is preferred, but not required.

Learn to Skate Instructor
Responsible for operation of learn to skate program; including program growth, registration, staffing and teaching. Instructs skating to students and classes. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.
Core Responsibilities
- Be compliant with USA Learn to Skate (Training Modules, Background Check, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with all students of all ages and abilities.
- Provide great customer service and maximize the experience for the students.
- Works closely with ice rink manager developing goals.
- Promotes and represents facility in a positive manner at all times.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Operations Staff
Will be trained to drive the Zamboni, maintain the facility, and be responsible to close the building if working the evening shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive Zamboni
- Perform daily maintenance on Zamboni
- Responsible for locker room upkeep
- Replacing cleaning supplies in bathroom and locker rooms
- Small building repairs as needed
- Patrol facilities for trash and spills, empties facility trash
- Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
- Reports to Operations Manager and Manager on Duty
Wage, Schedule, Requirements
- $18 - $20 per hours
- Must be availabe weekends and nights
- Must have own transportation

Customer Service Representative

- Learn the product, be able to provide customers with answers and advice
- Maintain store appearance and equipment
- Provide small repairs on customer equipment and sharpen skates
- Check in and tag new products and inventory
- Make nightly deposits (if closing)

Event Staff Security
Event Staff Security enforce facility rules and guidelines and maintiain guest safety during games and rink events.
Job Responsibilities
- Be in assigned uniform and show up in a timely fashion
- Monitor guests and enforce facility rules
- Respond in quick and professional manner to incidents
- Inform Supervisors of developing problem
- Have knowledge of facility rules and guidelines
