Food and Beverage Supervisor
As Food and Beverage Supervisor, responsibilities include: helping train and schedule part time staff, helping cultivate a diverse profitable menu, organizing and cleaning concessions area.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Business Operations with day to day operating of concessions for Flyers Training Center.
- Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency
- Train part time staff as needed
- Assist Director of Business Operations with ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety to handling complaints and queries
- Assist Director of Business Operations with cultivating menu, ordering and purchasing inventory/supplies
- Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in the food service field
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills
- A strong commitment to customer service
- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
- An understanding of current food service regulations

Concessions
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with customers within Goal Light Grill.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist customers with rental skates.
- Clean and empty trash during the shift.
- Process customer orders and payments
- Clean and empty trash during the shift.
- Maintain Goal Light Grill appearance and cleanliness
- Answer general customer questions.
- Answer/direct incoming calls.
- Greet customers as they enter and leave.
- Assist with daily duties for the Office Manager and General Manager

Zamboni Driver
Will be trained to drive the Zamboni, maintain the facility, and be responsible to close the building if working the evening shift.

Sales Associate - Pro Shop
Job Summary
Responsible for providing a positive customer experience, performing shop services and being a product expert for our customers. Work with unique merchandise and place a strong focus on sales and service. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.
